This page says what this website collects, who receives it, and how to reach the owners about it. Last updated 9 October 2026.
The owners run this website through their business, AFC Wholesale LLC, doing business as Shawano Baker Manor. That is the name on the lease you sign and on your card statement.
The short version
No advertising cookies. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. The site keeps what you send the owners so they can answer you and hold your booking, one measurement tool runs on three pages and is named below, and your card details never touch this site at all.
When you ask about dates
The inquiry form on the home page asks for your name, a phone number or email, the dates you have in mind and who is staying. That goes to a booking system that MATHEN, the company that built this site and runs its booking tools for the owners, keeps on the owners’ behalf. It is stored there with no set expiry, so the owners can find your request later, and it is emailed to the owners through Resend, an email delivery service. If the owners’ email ever fails, MATHEN is alerted so your request is not lost.
The same system also keeps a short record of the network address each inquiry came from, with the hour it arrived, to stop automated abuse of the form.
When you sign the lease and pay
The lease page shows the owners’ own Vacation Rental Lease with your nights filled in. To sign it you give your full name, phone, email, street address, city, state and ZIP, and you type your name as your signature. The date and time, your network address and your browser type are recorded with the signature, along with the exact text you signed. That record is the owners’ copy of the agreement, kept in the same booking system with no set expiry.
Payment happens on Stripe’s own pages, on the owners’ Stripe account. Stripe takes your card details; this site never sees your card number. Stripe’s privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy. When the payment clears, your signed lease and receipt are emailed to you and to the owners.
The calendar
The availability calendar reads the owners’ Airbnb calendar, and dates booked here are shared with it, so the same nights cannot be sold twice.
The one measurement tool
Microsoft Clarity runs on the home page, The story and Amenities. It does not run on the lease page or on this page. Clarity records how pages are used, where people tap, how far they scroll and where they get stuck, and it can replay an anonymized recording of a visit. It sets cookies in your browser to do this. Text you type into the inquiry form is masked by Clarity before it leaves your browser. The owners use it to make the site clearer, not to advertise to you. Microsoft’s privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Turning on “Do Not Track” or a tracking blocker in your browser stops it, and the site works the same.
The assistant
The “Questions?” box on the home page is an automated assistant. Each question you type, with the earlier turns of that conversation, is sent to the AI provider the site uses (Anthropic) only to produce the answer, which is written from this site’s own pages and the owners’ rules. This site does not store what you type there, and it is not used to identify you. Please do not type card numbers or other personal details into it; the inquiry form and the lease page are the places for your details.
Other services the pages load
The typefaces come from Google Fonts, and the map on the home page is a Google Maps embed. Each receives your network address when the page loads, as any web request does. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
What stays on your own device
After you send an inquiry, the site remembers your name, contact and party in your own browser’s storage (a key called bm-guest) so the form is already filled in when you come back. Nothing from that memory is sent anywhere. The “Not you? Clear them.” link above the form erases it.

To see, correct or delete what the owners hold about you, write to shawanobakermanor@gmail.com. A signed lease is kept as the record of a stay. This site is not meant for children, and it does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Where the numbers on this site come from
The nightly rate, the Guest Favorite designation, the category scores, the response rate, the guest reviews and the amenity list are reproduced from the owners’ own Airbnb listing, first captured 15 August 2026 and checked again on 9 October 2026. The story, the history photographs, the street address and the attraction notes are from the owners’ own pages. The Lambeau Field photograph is by Lexe-I, used under a Creative Commons license and shown unaltered, as credited on the owners’ site; the USAir Motorsports Raceway aerial is from the owners’ own attractions page. The rental agreement is the owners’ own document. This site records acceptance of it and does not write terms.
